§ 22-52. Scope.

The provisions of this article shall not apply to installations made by the local electrical public utility, telephone companies, telegraph companies, and radio transmission stations, in transmissions or distribution of electricity or for the operation of signals or the transmission of intelligence, in the exercise of their functions as such agencies.
