§ 22-56. Plans and specifications.

  • (a)

    The application for approval and acceptance shall describe the work to be done and shall be made in writing. Approval, when issued, shall be issued to the applicant to cover such work as described and detailed.

    (b)

    Any changes or additions shall be covered by additional approval at the time changes are made. The application shall be accompanied by such plans, specifications and schedules as may be necessary to determine whether the installation as described will be in conformity with the requirements of this article. If it shall be found that the installation as described will in general conform to the requirements of this article, and if the applicant has complied with all provisions of ordinances of the parish, approval for such installation shall be issued; provided, however, that the issuance of approval will not be taken as permission or as a license to violate any of the requirements of this article or any other ordinance provision of the parish.
