§ 23-29. Powers and authority of inspectors.

(a)

The parish government's designated representative, bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing in accordance with the provisions of this article.

(b)

The parish government shall not have the authority to waive any portion of this article which is covered by Environmental Protection Agency regulations with E.P.A.'s approval.
